Our Purpose
The Rural Schools Education Program & Scholarship Foundation is a local nonprofit organization, founded in 2016. We serve the students and community of Fabens, Ft. Hancock, San Elizario, and Tornillo.
We believe college is for everyone. Our purpose is to provide financial support to those who otherwise would not have the financial means to fulfill their educational goals.
