The Rural Schools Education Program & Scholarship Foundation is a local nonprofit organization, founded in 2016.
Cotton Valley Scholarships benefit graduating seniors of Fabens HS, Ft. Hancock HS, Mountain View HS, San Elizario HS, and Tornillo HS.
The Deputy Peter Herrera Scholarship benefits graduating seniors of Clint HS and San Elizario HS.
The Mentorship Program and Scholarships benefit graduating seniors of all El Paso-area high schools.
We believe college is for everyone: community college, technical college, military education and training, and university opportunties. Our purpose is to provide educational, financial, and mentorship support to those who otherwise would not have the financial means to fulfill their educational goals.
The Rural Schools Education Program & Scholarship Foundation is a 501 (c) 3, nonprofit organization. Donations to RSEPSF are tax deductible.
